Have you considered oil cleansing?  This is one of the best beauty treatments that I have used.

Fact: Oil dissolves oil. One of the most basic principals of chemistry is that “like dissolves like.” The best way to dissolve sebum/oil, is by using another oil similar in composition.  By using the right oils, you can cleanse your pores of dirt and bacteria naturally, gently and effectively, while replacing the dirty oil with natural and nourishing oils that heal and protect your skin. When done properly and consistently this oil cleansing method can make a dramatic difference for your skin.

Directions:
In the evening:  Apply a soothing layer of herbal salve onto your face over your make up.
Then run a wash cloth under very warm water and ring out.
Use this warm cloth to remove your makeup and herbal salve.
Massage the remaining salve onto face.
Have a good night sleep.  The aromatherapy in this salve is also very relaxing.

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, Castor Oil (Ricinus communis),Coconut Oil, zincoxideparticles, Vitamin E (Tocopheral) , Calendula (Calendula officinalis), lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha Piperita), Natural Bees wax, Tea Tree essential oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia), Lavender Essential oil (Lavandula), and Frankincense essential oil.
