Add a drop to your lava bead in our Aromatherapy necklace or onto your lava bead Aromatherapy Bracelet and breathe deeply. You will be able to have your essential oil blend with you throughout the day.
For the Aromatherapy Inhaler, you can purchase an empty inhaler tube in our DIY empty container section. Then you take the inhaler wick and add a few drops of this blend. Assemble the inhaler and carry it with you. Use daily as necessary.
For the ready to use roll on, you can purchase an empty glass roll on bottle in our DIY empty container section. Then you would add 3ml, which is 60 drops, of this Breathe Blend. Top up the bottle with fractionated coconut oil and voila! To use you would roll onto your wrists. It is then ready for you to breathe and you have safely applied it to your skin with a carrier oil. Well done!
Cautions: DO NOT DRINK essential oils. Dilute before use; may cause skin irritation in some individuals, so a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes.
